• Preparation of pizzas as well as cold and hot dishes
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the defined quality standards throughout the production area
• Proper storage of all food items, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations

• Cleaning of public areas and restrooms
• Cleaning of stayover rooms as well as arrival/departure rooms
• Dusting corridors and staircases, maintaining order in public areas
• Carrying out the evening turndown service
• Assisting in the laundry room

• Caring for our international guests
• Supporting the Head of Service in all matters
• Mise-en-place and cleaning tasks
• Serving food and beverages

• Responsible for à-la-carte preparation
• Preparation of various meat dishes
• Responsible for cleanliness and adherence to our standards

• Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French
• Check-in / Check-out of our demanding guests
• Preparing various billing statements
• Managing restaurant and massage reservations
• Providing daily support to the concierge/front desk area.

• Take actively part in all perspectives of the reservation process
• Play with prices and ideas to have the optimal occupancy at the best price
• Smile through the phone and e-mail to sell not only a product but an experience
• Maintain highest standards of a 5* superior hotel
