• Oversee and coordinate long-term sick leave cases from initial notification through return-to-work or transition to disability benefits.
• Maintain regular communication with employees, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.

Plan and execute research across discovery and evaluation (interviews, usability studies, field studies, surveys, tree/card tests), matching method to decision and timeline....

Support the HR team in all administrative matters...

• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the entire payroll process for the Swiss branches
• Maintaining correct and complete personnel and payroll accounting
• On- and offboarding administration such as (de-)registration of social & health insurances

• Responsible for performing laboratory-based activities and processes
• Tracking, inventory, sample processing, and transport of biological samples from clinical and non-clinical trials
• Manage associated metadata, and ensuring that lab activities fulfill customer needs
