• You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our devices, including provisioning, onboarding of new joiners, and secure offboarding of leavers.
• Administer and continuously improve the macOS environment, specifically MDM standards, application deployment, and configuration management.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and documentation of IT services such as M365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence and many more custom solutions, ensuring service quality....
