• Maintain, support and further develop the network environment, including the data center and office locations
• Implement and maintain network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and related network components

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
• Install and maintain network and server hardware components
• Manage and maintain internal software distribution system
• Install and maintain printers and video conferencing systems

• User management in a heterogeneous software landscape
• Device Management (inventory, patch management, configuration)
• Processing support requests (Level 1, 2 and 3 support - editing depending on knowledge level)
• Participation in infrastructure projects (distribution, cloud and network technology)

Provide first- and second-line technical support via the IT service portal, live chat, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction....

• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

• Provide first line and second line support and incident management to all users across the geography of responsibility, including white collars, blue collars and road warriors, ensuring efficient service operations.
• Be a point of escalation in the resolution of more challenging incidents.

• 1st/2nd level support for users (Windows, Android, iOS)
• Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment
• Support for the hybrid infrastructure (MS Cloud + On-Prem)

• Virtualisation environments (e.g. VMware, Azure VM)

• Support the maintenance and organization of the IT hardware inventory (e.g., laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Assist in hardware setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site support for employees, including technical guidance and handling smaller issues.

Cloud platform engineering: Develop and implement automation processes for the deployment and operation of cloud software and services using platform engineering, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and Kubernetes....

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services supporting shared tools such as our logging and monitoring tool and our ticket and request handling...
