• Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to enhance the local network infrastructure (keyword: network architecture, OT-segmentation)
• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and coordinate roll-out of same on local site level

Own and optimize the security incident management process and related tools, also ensure alignment and integration of related processes: information security, corporate security, product security, IT security, data privacy, and crisis management...

• Act as the Lead Solution Architect in pre-sales engagements for contact center projects

• Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation and cloud transition projects
• Creation of business process design, architecture, scalability, security, and operations concepts for SAP solutions
