• You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
• Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
• Learning the detailed way of thinking and loss elimination

• Evaluate most promising semi-analytical models of metasurfaces
• Development and optimization of an analytical model and integration within ray tracing internal software.
• Simulation and design of test metasurfaces for a given application

• Rapidly develop a deep understanding in the state-of-the-art in thin film thickness measurements
• Learn to directly lease with stakeholders to understand user needs and evaluate solutions from technical and business perspectives

You will be fully responsible for the entire program and hold all the strings in your hands, while leading an interdisciplinary team. You will interact with Directors, Vice Presidents, and Product Management as equals....
