• Drive the development and implementation of product management strategies and processes
• Manage and continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, especially at key interfaces between product management, procurement, and other departments

• Manage end-to-end export flows, coordinating customers, markets, factories, distribution centres, and transport partners.
• Process and track export orders from receipt to invoicing and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors and dealers across Hungary
• Managing and expanding an existing portfolio, entering new market segments and working with well‑known domestic and international partners

Supports the formulation of long-term sales strategy of MOL Group Fuels in close cooperation with key stakeholders (Chief Economist Team, Value Chain. Management Long Term planning, Group Logistics, Group Retail)....

• Define and execute the product strategy for MOL’s digital loyalty platform
• Drive capability development, including personalization, gamification, mobility integration, and ecosystem features
• Shape long‑term product vision with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into product outcomes

• Work closely with other functions to influence decision making across the business
• Improve RGM knowledge & capabilities roadmap within the business unit
• Business partnering to sales teams during negotiations using profit pool analysis by customer

• Közreműködsz a szolgáltatásfejlesztési tervek kidolgozásában, segíted a megvalósítás és a visszamérés folyamatát.
