Campaign Production: End-to-end management of 360° campaign productions (TV, OOH, Audio but main focus on digital campaigns) and coordination of external agencies and production partners....

• Build, manage, and strategically develop our affiliate program
• Manage and grow international relationships with existing publishers
• Negotiate commission models, individual deals, and strategic partnerships

• Own the startup engagement funnel from first contact to application
• Conduct strategic qualification calls and assess international readiness
• Advise founders on program fit and global scaling pathways
• Close high-potential startups into the right programs

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize customer (Parship, ElitePartner & eharmony) needs
• Derive clear hypotheses from existing data/insights—even with incomplete information
• Translate needs into product initiatives with measurable customer value and business impact

• Learn how to analyze and evaluate the success of major marketing and communication projects
• Gain hands‑on experience in strategic marketing budget planning
• Support the creation of high‑quality presentations in both German and English

• Manage and review design outputs for all HK European subsidiaries
• Review advertising materials, POSM, and shop branding based on global brand guidelines
• Design development for moto rsports-related projects (WRC, Formula E, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, etc.)

• Strengthen and manage the flow of market insights (trends, competitors, customer data) into the business
• Deliver regular and ad hoc briefing packs for client-facing teams with tailored local insights
• Build and manage a living, searchable, and version-controlled repository for insights
