• You’ll spend most of your time calculating prices and recording them in our system to ensure data is well-structured and traceable for decision-making.
• You’ll participate in negotiations with service providers and learn the basics of negotiation techniques.

• Receive, dispatch, and resolve service request tickets and incoming calls
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems
• Provide IT support for hardware and software issues
• Deploy workstation images centrally
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams for better user support

• You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
• Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
• Learning the detailed way of thinking and loss elimination

• Central contact person for facility management at the branches
• Execution, monitoring and participance in creation of FM Group Standards
• Cost and budget responsibility (FM and utilities)

• Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, production schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed
