• Are you an experienced Accountant who wants to own the full accounting cycle end-to-end?
• Do you enjoy going beyond execution, improving processes, systems, and controls, while ensuring high-quality and compliant financial reporting?

• Review authorized internal payment request forms and supporting documents, enter payments onto the electronic banking system.
• Record all financial entries into the Cashbook, ensure ledgers and invoices are recorded accurately. Prepares service delivery notes.

• Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint.   
• Additional technical skills a plus: PowerBI, SQL, etc. 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences or other analytical field. 

• Check and approve due diligence documents of grantees
• Support the admin team, answer their questions, advise on templates, due diligence, and other related issues (e.g. taxation; invoicing)
• Check supplier contracts related to JDC programs and book related invoices

• Process incoming vendor invoices and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system
• Follow up on invoice approvals and support invoice matching activities
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice-related questions and discrepancies
