• Drive and manage various sourcing and contracting projects of low or medium complexity
• Ensure that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the sourcing process
• Identify value levers and opportunities to maximise value for BP in the marketplace

• Review, analyse and process high volume invoices with accuracy.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor accounts and keep them reconciled and cleared.
• Perform daily/weekly invoice postings and related monthly reconciliation – follow and adapt to the monthly business rhythm of the team.

• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses. 
• Analyze financial results and explain variances versus plan and prior periods. 
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analyses upon request. 

• Support the implementation of the new plant, machines and items in the existing ERP system
• Support the accounting month end activities (review cost details in SAP FI/CO, check for missing invoices, prepare cost accrual bookings)

• Apply your expertise in corporate treasury operations, systems, policies, and procedures to help build and operate a standalone Castrol treasury function from the ground up.
• Ensure seamless liquidity across the group by completing authorized subsidiary payments accurately and on time.

• Own and support standard costing processes, ensuring accurate product cost calculations and financial impacts
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify key drivers behind profitability changes
• Analyze product margins, profitability, and P&L performance to support business decisions

• Supporting the implementation of DSBC priorities, initiatives, and projects through analytical and operational support.
• Assisting in the development, documentation, and maintenance of control frameworks, processes, and compliance tools.

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to high volume service activities for both internal and external clients
• Evaluate processes and procedures for inefficiencies, make and implement recommendations for improvement

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI and automation solutions that collect, validate, and quality-assure data at scale
• Engineer multi-agent orchestrations, data pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections that power autonomous, end-to-end data workflows

• Check and approve due diligence documents of grantees
• Support the admin team, answer their questions, advise on templates, due diligence, and other related issues (e.g. taxation; invoicing)
• Check supplier contracts related to JDC programs and book related invoices

• Preparation and review of statutory financial statements under Dutch and Belgian GAAP.
• IFRS to Local GAAP reconciliations and statutory adjustment accounting.
• Support of external statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

• Full-cycle general ledger accounting in accordance with Hungarian accounting regulations
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Supporting tax filings with accurate financial data
• Liaising with auditors and local authorities
• Reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledgers
