Act as a Finance Business Partner for MOL Group functional units and support planning and reporting processes across MOL, Slovnaft, INA and other Group companies....

• Supporting the execution of the Downstream Digital strategy and ensuring alignment between business needs and digital ambitions.

• Support the implementation of the new plant, machines and items in the existing ERP system
• Support the accounting month end activities (review cost details in SAP FI/CO, check for missing invoices, prepare cost accrual bookings)

• Supporting the implementation of DSBC priorities, initiatives, and projects through analytical and operational support.
• Assisting in the development, documentation, and maintenance of control frameworks, processes, and compliance tools.

• Leased assets, fixed asset and CAPEX accounting activities 
• Taxes, GL journals and accruals/ provisions, reconciling BS accounts 

• Manage the full lifecycle of invoices - from review and validation to payment
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, cost allocations, and records
• Perform account reconciliations, including vendor and ledger balances
• Support payment processes, cash allocation, and financial tracking

• Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders across the Group to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Provide proactive financial analyses, recommendations, and business insights.

• Ownership and continuous improvement of the end-to-end sales operations process from quote creation through closed-won
• Identification and elimination of manual bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process by designing and deploying intelligent automation and AI agents
