• Assisting in the preparation of the annual audit plan and programs,
• Conducting audit operations on time in accordance with international regulations, best practices and internal procedures of the company regarding high quality standards,
• Carrying out follow-up activities,

• understand clients' governance-, risk-, and control processes and improve their organizations’ operations leveraging on KPMG's best practices,
• identify what evidence would be relevant, reliable, and sufficient for a specific internal audit engagement,

• Lead end-to-end digital project management activities, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with key users, senior management, and cross-functional departments to ensure transparency and alignment

• Verify invoices and supporting documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper account codes.
• Classify, code, and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, and accounting systems.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using property software.

• Coordinating the preparation of lease agreement and verifying their completeness for the purpose of signing the contract
• Ensuring the implementation of provisions according to the lease agreement to properly maintain the continuity of its duration

• Provides financial data for investment financial reports, regularly reviews processes and adjusts them to business needs
• Supports Project Managers in financial and accounting matters

• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Participates in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as needed.

• Monitor accounts / payment runs.
• Workflow user support / administration, whilst handling internal and external queries.
• Handle invoice processing, other special accounts, pre-payments with bank guarantee, insolvency, default interest, signatures for payment authorization

• Support the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial processes, prepare managerial reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct profitability calculations, pre- and post-cost analyses, and prepare forecasts.

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems
