• Managing the company’s full accounting processes in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies – including up-to-date bookkeeping, accurate ledgers and tax records, and transparent documentation.
• Preparing financial reports and statements to support management decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze reports, including KPIs.
• Prepare and review internal monthly financial statements and internal & external year-end reports.
• Budget forecasts on a regular basis.
• Prepare and review cost calculations.
• Support the annual target setting and business plan.

• Own end-to-end accounting operations and financial controls,
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes,

• Ensure statutory reporting under international accounting standards,
• Manage external audits and auditor relationships,

• Collect and unify financial data from company reports and input it into the system.
• Perform tagging processes to accurately categorize and organize data.

• support process improvement projects in close cooperation with other teams,

• Supporting statutory and tax audits
• Booking general ledger transactions, prepare clearing transactions
• Manage Accounts Payable process
• Prepare payment run list, ensuring accurate bank payments

• Provide accurate data and high-quality insights on Sales & Commercial Services processes
• Create and maintain a wide set of tools like reports and applications using platforms for actionable insights

• Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system’s accounting modules across Hungarian and Croatian entities
• Map, review, and integrate accounting and finance processes into the ERP environment

• Managing and reviewing financial processes in line with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Supporting the preparation and analysis of various financial reports and statements.
• Performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data across multiple ledgers.

• Supports the annual planning process, ensuring plans are appropriately challenged and assured for the designated business(es).
• Produces detailed forecasts covering volume, revenue, cost, margin and RCOP
• Contributes to business case preparation & subsequent review of FMs & CAPEX expenditure

• Plan, organize and carry out audits, be the audit leader on audit fieldwork
• Understand and analyse the business areas, being able to identify the root causes of issues and to define suitable potential solutions, providing constructive feedback

• You will participate in internal trainings and learn all about VAT to provide a great client experience.
• You will analyze complex VAT data to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients based on country-specific guidance.

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 2 year finance, accounting or similar relevant experience
• Advanced PC / Technical Skills and Experience with Microsoft Office Products including MS Access, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of ERP preferably Oracle and SAP
• Fluent English

• Review and process incoming supplier invoices in line with current regulatory requirements, with a focus on complex and new invoice types
• Monitor workflows, manage related activities, investigate and clear open items

• Execute and oversee monthly closing activities for R&D cost centers, Internal Orders & PSP-Elements
• Ensure correct accounting in regards to capitalization within IFRS
• Prepare and analyze variance reports, ensuring transparency of actual vs. budgeted development costs

• Assist business teams in preparing and managing the annual operating budget and forecasting
• Perform monthly variance analysis, comparing actual results to forecasted and budgeted figures, identifying discrepancies.

• Manage and coordinate statutory accounting and reporting across multiple EMEA entities
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and GAAP-to-statutory reconciliations
• Ensure alignment between local statutory requirements and global reporting principles
