• Product development of mainly rubber expansion joints according to customer specifications and QM manual based on platform definition.
• Execution of development projects from feasibility assessment through to introduction in series production acc. to PLC.

• Mapping and analysis of manufacturing processes, including data collection and evaluation
• Supporting improvement projects in production areas through the application of Lean principles
• Identifying waste (muda) and developing proposals aimed at waste reduction

• Logistics Strategy Development and Execution aligned with company goals
• Cost Management and KPIs (delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, warehouse efficiency)

Lead the implementation of quality systems and processes for the new facility, ensuring compliance with ​IATF 16949 and ​customer-specific standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, Formel Q, BMW QM-Requirements)....

• Lead and manage the CAIP Hungary Plant finance and controlling team, ensuring standardized financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and conducting monthly financial reviews.
• Establish effective communication channels between headquarters (HQ) and the Hungary Plant to align strategic objectives.

• Book and issue outgoing customer invoices in accordance with internal policies and contractual terms
• Manage and execute dunning processes, including monitoring overdue receivables and sending reminder letters

• Process incoming supplier invoices in SAP
• Maintain and update vendor master data
• Support purchase order and requisition processes
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies (price, quantity, VAT)
• Execute payment runs in accordance with internal guidelines
• Handle intercompany invoice processing
