• Establish and implement the logistics organization and processes for the new plant
• Design warehouse layout, material flow, and packaging standards according to customer requirements
• Oversee supplier and customer logistics (inbound and outbound flows)

• Logistics Strategy Development and Execution aligned with company goals
• Cost Management and KPIs (delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, warehouse efficiency)

• Mapping and analysis of manufacturing processes, including data collection and evaluation
