• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises) solutions, including customizations and configurations

• Coverage of full lifecycle of German voluntary and mandatory corporate actions including
• event research of local market sources and translation into English language for onward information provision to clients
• deadlines processing at corresponding German agent banks / in agent system

• Leverage operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business
• Work closely with PWM Management team, advising on operational policies and procedures to best navigate upcoming needs
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts (utilities, investors, infrastructure) with high-value, long-term deals.
• Build trusted relationships with boards, banks, and senior stakeholders—be the credible face of suena.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
• Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes
