• Review and analyze client portfolios from a suitability risk perspective
• Ongoing monitoring and assessment of clients, their wealth and sophistication vs. their products and portfolios with GS
• Ensure record keeping requirements are adhered to by advisors from a quality and completeness perspective

• Most senior level technical customer service engineer with long-standing experience.
• Very complex to highly complex equipment and complex to very complex systems incl. associated accessories across the entire portfolio
• Diagnoses and repairs all designated products

• Manage and process product- and service-related customer complaints, primarily within the Scent & Care business unit.
• Conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with Quality Control (QC) and other relevant departments.
