• Review and assess customer project specifications
• Define and specify the electrical scope for complete pump units (motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation)
• Prepare technical project documentation such as P&IDs, cause‑and‑effect diagrams, and logic diagrams

• Provide operational and managerial leadership to the Customer Care Team
• As part of the Customer Care team, it will be the first point of contact for customers and their needs.
• Motivate, mentor and develop the team in line with departmental objectives.

• Ensure data quality within the Corporate Data Domain
• Perform data‑quality checks and drive corrective actions
• Analyse root causes of data issues and coordinate resolution
• Own and maintain the Corporate First Line Data Domain from a business perspective

• End-to-end responsible for the product category (Portfolio), collection of product data, and implementation of it accordingly into the portfolio;
• Development of local product strategy for the owned category and steering the sales department based on the strategy;
