• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks related to existing and planned business activities, including new products, new business lines and cross-border operations....

Manage and review Fairtrade International's oversight mechanism to deliver on agreed principles such as competency, consistency and impartiality and risk management in assurance and licensing...

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and management responses.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
• Assist in every step of an audit, including documentation, across scoping, planning, fieldwork and reporting

• Update and develop the group-wide financial crime risk analysis and provide input for the Firm's Global Risk Assessment;
• Support the derivation of control and oversight activities based on the outcome of the risk analysis and conduct of Financial Crimes related control and monitoring activities;
