• Develop and adapt bioinformatics approaches for the analysis of human genomic and epigenomic data sets
• Design and implement analysis workflows for the analysis of long-read whole-genome sequencing and targeted short-read sequencing (hybridization capture, MeDIP-seq) data

Establishment and execution of experimental work (organoid cultures, cell culture, flow cytometry, histological, immunohistological and molecular analyses, as well as in vivo mouse experiments)...

• Select suitable wave-optical propagation algorithms from in-house or open-source implementations
• Select relevant use cases and appropriate evaluation metrics
• Develop Python code for the evaluation and visualization of various propagation algorithms for selected applications
