• Perform bank and balance account reconciliations

• Invoice Processing and Data Entry:
• Receive, review, and accurately enter supplier invoices into the AP system
• Ensure invoice information (vendor, amount, dates) is complete and correct
• Invoice Validation and Matching:
• Initiate and follow up invoice approval

• Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
• Contributing to the end of month/quaterly/year end closing

• Manage the full lifecycle of invoices - from review and validation to payment
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, cost allocations, and records
• Perform account reconciliations, including vendor and ledger balances
• Support payment processes, cash allocation, and financial tracking

• Perform monthly settlement of all active projects.
• Ensure revenue and cost are recognized according to internal accounting policies, US GAAP, and project milestones.
• Ensure accurate posting of project costs, accruals, and revenue adjustments.

• Process and validate PO based and direct invoices and payment requests, manage and run payments
• Manage vendor accounts
• Audit, report and support AP invoice resolution
• Handle affiliate’s internal invoice queries

• Monitoring bank statements and tracking payments
• Handling returned/failed payments and liaising with AP
• Posting journals related to bank transactions and forecasts
• Supporting month-, quarter-, and year-end closing
• Performing cash & transit clearing activities
