• GL/ Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
• Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover

• Perform general ledger accounting activities for the assigned entities
• Take part in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain regular communication with local finance teams and ensure smooth cooperation

• Master data management — maintaining and updating core financial and supplier records
• Invoice processing and entering invoices into the ERP system
• Preparing payment proposals for supplier invoices
• Handling inventory‑related entries
• Performing month‑end closing controls and reconciliation activities

• SAP accounting tasks for our Romanian entity
• Post incoming invoices
• Review invoices in compliance with Romanian and EU VAT regulations
• Process bank statements
• Post other GL entries: accruals, reclassifications etc., various business transactions
• Perform monthly account reconciliations

• Perform intercompany and cost accounting activities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators
• Reconcile billing and cost allocation items and investigate discrepancies
