• Perform monthly settlement of all active projects.

Review and coordinate end to end / quarter / year end close processes in a timely and accurate manner for complex or difficult accounting areas requiring extensive experience to ensure the correct reporting and accounting treatment....

• Monitor data across the firm using Aladdin’s Thresholds Reporting System
• Investigate data and prepare accurate reports (e.g., Major Shareholding, Net Short Selling, Takeover Panel) to regulators and companies within prescribed timelines

• Maintaining data in SAP
• Coding and processing items in Coupa system
• Reporting on relevant financial developments and KPI’s
• Checking and processing incoming requests via e-mail
• Perform data entry tasks

• Support the Product team with product intelligence activities - maintenance of innovation dashboard, provide new fund launch reporting, BAU pipeline reporting
• Prepare meeting materials and documentation for iShares product prioritisation committee

• Supporting the operation of the day-to-day Trading Settlements process
• Accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions
• Raising and issuing 3rd Party AR invoices in line with highly variable contractual due dates
• Confirming incoming cash and consolidating to daily cash forecast within tolerance

• Posting standard and non-standard Journal entries.
• Process various calculations and journal entries including accruals in compliance with company standards and met the quality and timely expectations.
• Prepare Journal Entry items for further approval.

• Assist business teams in preparing and managing the annual operating budget and forecasting
• Perform monthly variance analysis, comparing actual results to forecasted and budgeted figures, identifying discrepancies.

• Handling vendor invoices
• Ensuring timely processing of incoming invoices
• Cooperating with other departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Preparing payment proposals for vendor invoices
• Processing inventory-related postings

• Prepare payment proposal and payment files according to SOPs
• Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
• •Coordinate any payment exceptions and promptly follow up with bank POC for resolutions
• Perform bank clearing and prepare payment forecasts

• Manage inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee the capitalization of assets and process disposals.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment, especially for fixed assets in SL and GL.
• Support period-end close activities (monthly, quarterly, and year-end).
