• Maintain structured records of supplier / sales invoices and payment statuses.
• Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Support repayment discussions when needed.

• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Prepare payment proposal and payment files according to SOPs
• Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
• •Coordinate any payment exceptions and promptly follow up with bank POC for resolutions
• Perform bank clearing and prepare payment forecasts

• Maintain and support Hungarian statutory accounting records (GL, AP, AR, accruals).
• Maintain structured accounting files and statutory documentation in line with local requirements.
• Coordinate with the external tax provider to enable timely and accurate filings (VAT, CIT, Local Business Tax, etc.).

• Support accounting and reporting activities
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies and internal controls
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and accounting entries
• Support financial systems and accounting process operations

• Driving end‑to‑end bookkeeping for Hungarian entities, ensuring accurate daily financial data

• Maintaining clean, reconciled balance sheet accounts and resolving intercompany differences

• Supporting European Fleet business and Commercial Optimization team in the customer acquisition process
• Contributing to the implementation of the go-to-market strategies and process operating tasks

• Prepare workbooks & GAAP to Stat directed by EMEA statutory portfolio manager.
• Create the Thomson Reuters (TR) templates and manage the annual creation of financial statements using TR.
• Support the data gathering for US and Statutory audit of a portfolio of entities.

• Perform monthly settlement of all active projects.
• Ensure revenue and cost are recognized according to internal accounting policies and project milestones.
• Ensure accurate posting of project costs, accruals, and revenue adjustments.
• Reconcile all project related P&L and balance sheet accounts.

• Serve as the main Controllership support for the Technology organization.
• Perform monthly close activities, including reclasses and accrual postings, preparation of amortizations for prepaid technology costs, and review of prepaid balances.

• Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system’s accounting modules across Hungarian and Croatian entities
• Map, review, and integrate accounting and finance processes into the ERP environment

• At transition stage be responsible for reviewing current workbooks & standardizing G2S adjustments to best practice that will be set out.
• Directly manage a local support team that will prepare the standard workbooks & TR financial statements & will manage and deliver data requests.

• Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support employee expense process
• Preparing and registering payments
• Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system

• Manage a portfolio of 3rd parties for settlement of financial and physical transactions.
• Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of Settlements activities within area of responsibility, which include:
• Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation

• Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system’s accounting modules across Hungarian and Croatian entities
• Map, review, and integrate accounting and finance processes into the ERP environment

• Carry out all assigned finance processes & tasks accurately, timely, reliably and with a high level of trustworthiness and integrity
• Assist in resolving outstanding balances
• Assist in receiving and consolidating all cash and preparing for bank deposits
