• Ensuring that all bookkeeping activities are completed in time, accurately and according to statutory regulations and internal month-end procedure;
• Being directly involved in the Statutory Reporting function, liaising with State Bodies to ensure compliance with latest relevant legislation;

• Processing, reporting and booking invoices or other cost information from partners.
• Analyzing and controlling partner costs and partner statements; calculating licensee and agency fees.
• Issuing invoices / bills and credit notes to partners.

• Accounting and reporting of inventory / wholegoods related transactions (reserve calculation, allocations etc.). Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Attending monthly reviews with Brand Controllers. Answering and following-up queries during and after month end close

• Check and approve foreign and local currency payments in CEE region using numerous e-bank platforms, SWIFT channel and TIS payment platform.
• Run KYC process with selected bank partners of MOL Group, ensure up to date list of company representatives and bank signatories.

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Issuing Mall transactions
• Period closure activities

• Invoicing
• Recording, activating, and calculating depreciation of fixed assets
• Managing petty cash
• Independently performing comprehensive accounting tasks (customers, suppliers, bank, cash register, mixed accounting)
• Preparing and checking monthly/quarterly tax returns

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices in line with internal policies
• Performing invoice validation, coding, and posting
• Handling vendor queries and maintaining professional communication in English
• Supporting month-end closing activities related to AP

• Prepare payment proposal and payment files according to SOPs
• Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
• Coordinate any payment exceptions and promptly follow up with bank POC for resolutions
• Perform bank clearing and prepare payment forecasts

• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Participates in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as needed.

• Oversee the billing (AR/AP) processes and ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections and administration,
• Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership and support as needed
• Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

• Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, etc.).
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Lead key activities within the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing cycles.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee the reporting of subsidiary entities to ensure compliance with group accounting standards and reporting requirements.

• Participate in AR process transition and knowledge transfer
• Perform collection activities and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments
• Support daily cash application and bank reconciliation
• Maintain customer accounts and debtor ledger; analyze monthly balance movements

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports

• Monitor, interpret, and assess global e-invoicing, CTC, and e-reporting mandate changes; evaluate operational, data, and system impacts.
• Translate regulatory and tax requirements into functional and technical design standards for SAP, Coupa, and middleware integrations.

• Match the corresponding purchase orders/supporting documentation to incoming invoices in our ERP system.
• Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliation, investigate and follow-up on the queried and escalated items
• Prioritize the processing of non-FTM invoices, manually book and/or investigate further
