Drives proper implementation of globally defined group strategy (e.g., taxes), standards, best practices, enablers (IT and concepts), and processes....

• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical information security risks across MOL Group.
• Lead the planning and execution of external audits related to information security and IT compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

• Oversee financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, prepare group-level consolidation and periodic IFRS reports for the Stock Exchange in cooperation with local teams.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses, provide recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

• Manage end-to-end local statutory reporting processes for selected EMEA and/or APAC legal entities
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
