• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

• Maintain and update the company's global patent portfolio database.
• Monitor and track the status of all patent applications and granted patents.
• Lead transition of portfolio from SmartSheets to future IP management system.

You are the competition economist of the Competition & Compliance team: A unique role in which you are responsible for providing economic advice in competition law recovery cases, merger control notification, public policy and other day-to-day competition law advice work....

• You serve as the central contact for export control, customs and compliance at management level.
• You develop and implement structures and processes based on legal requirements (AWV, EU Dual-Use Regulation, EU law) and internal group guidelines.
