• Manage, develop, implement, optimize, and maintain all local IT & ERP systems, ensuring reliability and continuous operation.

Ensure the efficient operation of IT purchasing and ordering procedures working closely with IT, Accounting teams and suppliers to obtain quotes and proposals, submit purchase orders, receipt goods, handle invoice queries, manage returns and supplier queries....

• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, emails and self-service portal from users regarding IT issues and queries
• Record incident resolutions in the ITSM tool based on user communication via phone, email, chat etc.
• Ensure that issues are resolved within ticket life cycle

• Support Head of Digital Care on taking whole responsibility of various value streams, projects, initiatives.
• Define and communicate the stream’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company and tribe goals.

• Handle day‑to‑day NetSuite administration (users, roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage NetSuite releases: test changes in sandbox, analyze impact, and communicate updates.

• Program duration: Two years
• Rotations: Two unique six-month and one twelve-month assignments
• IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
