• Ensure the maintenance of applications and infrastructure in line with agreed-upon service levels,
• Establish and assess technical specifications related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability,

• Monitor system alarms, create and close work orders, and prepare routine monitoring reports.
• Maintain platform stability by checking hardware/software status and performing regular health checks.
• Execute software upgrades, patches, capacity expansions, and manage hardware spare parts.

• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, emails and self-service portal from users regarding IT issues and queries
• Record incident resolutions in the ITSM tool based on user communication via phone, email, chat etc.
• Ensure that issues are resolved within ticket life cycle

• Manage, develop, implement, optimize, and maintain all local IT & ERP systems, ensuring reliability and continuous operation.
• Oversee system performance and proactively manage improvements to make business applications more efficient and user-friendly.
