• Deliver practical L2 on-site support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations
• Monitor helpdesk trends, identify recurring challenges, and drive improvements across IT services
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new IT team members (f/m/d)

• You take functional and technical ownership of our M365 Power Platform, covering governance, continuous development, and operations.
• Designing and implementing modern solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other tools from the Microsoft ecosystem is at the core of your role.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and integrated applications, escalating to other IT teams as infrastructure or networking, or third-party vendors when necessary....

• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

• Be the go-to person for our customers and our 1st-level support team when it comes to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure.
• Solve complex technical issues and keep networks fast, stable, and secure.

• Testing and monitoring e-commerce payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Handling incoming tickets related to online payments, customer payouts & fraud prevention.
• Creating and managing IT development tickets for payment-related issues.
