• Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows for our enterprise customers.
• Configure and customize modules such as ITSM and ITOM (must-have), as well as HRSD, CSM, or App Engine.
• Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

• Organization and execution of crew changes (correspondence with agencies, flight bookings, visa formalities, briefings)
