• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems. 

• Provide first-level IT support as the initial point of contact for customers
• Handle end-user requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools
• Accurately document and log incidents and requests in the ticketing system
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at first level to Level 2 support teams

• Support the development of the Taxonomy database
• Learn how digital product hierarchies and analytics are directly correlated
• Performs assigned database duties both independently and as a member of a team
• Assisting with transfer of database information from application to web interface
