• Support internal customers (Sales, Finance, After-sale service and Security) providing troubleshooting and training on hardware and software functionalities.
• Ensure that employees follow computer usage policies, information security and privacy best practices.

• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems. 

• Acting as the first point of contact (SPOC) for end-users, providing support for IT-related issues
• Delivering technical assistance via email, chat, phone, and ITSM tools
• Supporting customers in the contracted languages (English and German)

• Support the operationalisation of Vodafone’s Data Governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Collibra as the central metadata repository across Vodafone Markets and Group Functions.
