You will be responsible for continuation of day-to-day operations and work closely with the helpdesk, global infrastructure application, and program management teams to resolve issues and implement future enhancements on supported sites. • Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems

• Support in running IT projects as part of the project team (PMO)
• Assist the project team in the documentation of software requirements, business processes and tests
• Analyse together with the project team business department processes and optimize them
• Help with second level support

• You take functional and technical ownership of our M365 Power Platform, covering governance, continuous development, and operations.
• Designing and implementing modern solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other tools from the Microsoft ecosystem is at the core of your role.

• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
