• ​Design and Build: Develop robust Power BI dashboards and data models (using DAX and Power Query) to replace legacy manual reporting.
• ​Automate Workflows: Eliminate repetitive manual tasks and excel-based processes using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), VBA, or Python.

• Supervise daily call center operations, ensuring all support cases are promptly addressed with less than 1% backlog.
• Rotate weekend shifts with other team members, acting as the manager on duty.

• Manage and maintain dataflow processes within the local YouGov Shopper Operation.
• Maintain and update the YouGov Shopper master databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot dataflow processes to ensure smooth and timely data delivery.

• Development of agile teams to ensure proper implementation of Agile/Scrum
• Principles and the adoption of Scrum values
• Guides, trains and coaches the team/s to work in an Agile way

• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Support the business to discover, define, and implement new KPIs, metrics, and insight models.
• Provide Business Intelligence and insight recommendations.
• Deliver senior‑level reporting and insight.
