• Own and evolve MOL’s digital payment solutions called PayandDevice and Outdoor Payment Terminals
• Set ambitious targets for cost efficiency and customer experience

• Lead the development of the Digital Factory operating model, ensuring quarterly progress in alignment with the management team.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Factory-level roadmap, identifying and mitigating blockers, risks, and dependencies.

• Act as single point of contact for IT Operation cost tracking and overview.
• Analyze and forecast Digital Factory Engineering’s operational spending.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Collabore with engineering and finance teams to establish effective cost management practices.

• Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test experts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• dentifies development areas, gaps and efficiency improvement points to increase performance of existing processes. 
• Responsible for the overview, documentation and continuous improvement of different processes in Order-to-Cash.

Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting license usage across the organization (experience with SNOW tool is an advantage)...

• Design and develop APIs and backend services using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java.
• Build scalable, secure microservices and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
