• Resolving IT issues of our clients, act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email

• You will participate in internal trainings and learn all about VAT to provide a great client experience.
• You will analyze complex VAT data to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients based on country-specific guidance.

• Searching for saving opportunities in the existing supplier panel and market research for finding new ones.

• Recording, activating, and calculating depreciation of fixed assets

• Independently performing comprehensive accounting tasks (customers, suppliers, bank, cash register, mixed accounting)
• Preparing and checking monthly/quarterly tax returns

• Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to support business performance and service quality, working closely with internal teams
• Handle and support lease contracts, including contract changes and amendments

• Lead the strategic sourcing of MOL‑LUB’s most critical category - base oils and additives - ensuring cost efficiency, supply security, and top‑tier quality.
• Build and execute long‑term category strategies, open new global sourcing markets, and manage high‑value tenders and supplier negotiations.

• Support customers via phone, email, live chat and our ticketing system.
• Help customers solve issues related to payments, accounts and transactions.
• Communicate with customers from Romania, Czechia and Slovakia.
• Investigate cases and find solutions independently or escalate when needed.

• Receipt / Download / Accept cases from Document Exchange Tool or electronically (or any other source)
• Translation of all relevant European Non-English information from source documents to English (if required) and updating relevant fields in Standard Adverse Event (AE) form

• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain flows within the assigned region, working closely with markets, factories, distribution centers, and freight forwarders.
• Manage the full export order cycle-from order receipt to delivery-including data entry, documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking.

• Managing development and production projects between Germany and Hungary,
• Planning, leading, and monitoring projects (scope, cost, timeline),
• Coordinating and supporting interdisciplinary project teams,
• Acting as liaison between German product development and Hungarian production,
