• Managing and overseeing all activities on the assigned construction site to ensure execution is on time, within budget, and as per contractual requirements
• Acting as the primary interface to the customer on all contractual matters and maintaining professional relationships with local authorities

• Manage all reservation channels (PMS, IBE, GDS, OTAs, email, phone, wholesalers, corporate and group requests).
• Ensure response time standards and high reservation accuracy.
• Maintain PMS integrity, rate codes, availability, deposits, and billing instructions.
