You will represent SAP Global Cloud Operations in front of major SAP customers in the region MEE for technology and operations topics i.e. the face of SAP Global Cloud Operations....

Provide first and second-line technical support through multiple channels including the IT service portal, live chat, phone, email and face-to-face interactions. Ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction....

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

• perform proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis/documentation of Microsoft cloud environments status updates
• provide automation of service monitoring, notification of critical events
• create concepts and technical documentation describing the developed functionality

• Monitor security events and investigate alerts to identify potential threats.
• Handle IT security incidents following established procedures and escalate when necessary.
• Operate SOC tools and collaborate with the external MSSP for SIEM alert management.

• Assist customers with software application inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution

• Ensure an excellent customer experience in close collaboration with our customers and partners
• Support our customers and partners to solve problems and ensure a noticeable top-level satisfaction
• Continuous improvement of our support quality and infrastructure

• Use and development of solutions with Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, and other LLM‑based tools
• Building AI‑assisted workflows for Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Document analysis, meeting summaries, and automation of recurring administrative processes

• Modeling data using M-Code and DAX
• Preparing data after SQL import for further processing in Power BI
• Creating Power BI dashboards for a department
• Analyzing company data to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensuring data quality and integrity
• Developing requirements for new data

• Maintain and oversee the Chart of Accounts (CoA) as a key advisor in collaboration with the Accounting Excellence Department.
• Define and manage daproh accounts in the master data governance system (GMDS) and ensure correct mapping to SAP@Kons accounts.
