• Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users (non-US, non Japan, non China)
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages

• Lead and inspire a small, highly skilled team managing day-to-day operations and key external service providers.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our application landscape - ensuring availability, performance, and exceptional service quality.

• You will lead and develop a global cloud and infrastructure team of approx. 5 people, aligning our core leadership values with our cloud-vision.
• You will provide technical and architectural leadership, shaping our cloud and collaboration strategy with a focus on scalability, security, and innovation.

Project Management: Provide professional project management and coordinate the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements....

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — defining scope, service levels, and exit strategies
• Coordinate integration and carve-out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A

• Develop and execute the automation strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead the roadmap, development, implementation and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
