• Partner with the People function stakeholders on the implementation of the People Strategy in your locations.
• To deliver on our service delivery model by working closely with HR professionals and specialists within our People Advisory and Centres of Excellence functions teams.

• Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
• Crafting and aiding in the negotiation of employment agreements
• Establishing trustworthy and constructive collaboration with relevant departments and employee representation.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
• Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes

• Conflict resolution: You effectively manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment.
• Policy expertise: You develop and apply clear, compliant policies that guide behavior and decision-making.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking

• Audit and restructure the organization, processes, and existing HR tools.
• Build a more service-oriented HR team.
• Harmonize HR processes and policies.
