• Maintain an efficient recruitment process according to department needs
• Advertise open roles and manage in our ATS
• Manage recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept. managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations etc.)

• Support the team in identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines by researching target markets and generating candidate leads
