• Act as primary HR point of contact and HR advisor for your managers

• Preparation and coordination of the annual salary review process, including proposal development and decision‑making support

• Act as a PM in global HR projects: grading, EU pay transparency, harmonization projects, etc.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation and benefit strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures; including base pay, short- and long term incentives
