• Act as a strategic sparring partner for designated business areas, translating business needs into effective company-wide People strategies
• Understand your business units well enough to identify patterns, risks and opportunities and turn those insights into concrete actions

• Conflict resolution: You effectively lead and manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment.
• Policy expertise: You develop and apply clear, compliant policies that guide behavior and decision-making.

• Partner with the Country MT and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda
• Develop and implement the global HR agenda and translate business needs to concrete initiatives and projects in alignment with other HR pillars

• Foster a strong, inclusive company culture by further developing existing initiatives and thoughtfully introducing new programs and rituals to ensure healthy, resilient growth
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes for clarity, consistency, and compliance across all locations

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Payroll Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring expertise across all DACH payroll jurisdictions.
• Manage team workloads, set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development opportunities.
