• Support various HR teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities

• Assisting in the development and delivery of workshop concepts, enablement sessions, and learning formats
• Collecting and structuring data to support our IT colleagues in integrating relevant topics into the HR system
• Preparing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, team meetings, and workshops

• Acting as the main administrative support for the Berlin office
• Coordinating day-to-day office operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Managing office supplies, equipment and supplier relationships
• Supporting meeting logistics, office access and new starter setup

• Act as SME for Workday (HCM Core, Time, Absence, Talent Optimisation and Advanced Compensation) and its integrations, advising stakeholders on capabilities and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose system design
