• Support daily production and resolve process-related issues on the shop floor
• Optimize key slitting parameters such as tension, speed, and knife settings to improve yield and efficiency

• 2D and 3D CAD design of prototype and serial tools for coil spring and stabilizer production
• Development of manufacturing concepts for tool related production steps including feasibility studies

• Define and revise the global commodity strategy, lead global sourcing activities and commercial negotiations in order to achieve global targets.
• Monitor the market potentials, cost developments and keep the global organization updated about the trends regularly.
