• Acting as a key contact to IEE customers for quality-relevant topics during development and serial production

• Plan, specify, and select instrumentation, electrical equipment, and control systems for pilot and laboratory facilities

• Previous experience in production planning or support chain support
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details
• Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Office tools

• Fluent in english, intermediate in French

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing/project management processes, methodologies, and standards.

• Lead complex projects from concept to production (research, 3D modeling, prototyping)
• Shape and evolve the design languages of Wenger and Victorinox
• Deliver precise design packages and specifications for smooth production
• Review and refine samples, balancing cost, quality, and brand strategy

• Planning and performing laboratory tests
• Preparing samples and ensuring high-quality analysis

• You hold an engineering degree in physics or microelectronics
• Experience in wafer level reliability monitoring
• Experience in computer programming (C and Linux)

• Lead and manage all activities within the assigned module throughout the series lifecycle.
• Ensure achievement of targets related to function, cost, weight, quality, and timing.

• Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
• Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
