• Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries

• Perform acoustic, vibration, shock, mass property tests in accordance with applicable test requirements as operator and as test responsible leading the test team

• Monitor the entire AGNC production cycle, execute quality control activities, evaluate all nonconformities, and specify corrective actions to solve the problems
