Support and further develop existing customer relationships – both from our German office and directly on-site (frequent travel) in the Scandinavian countries, the Balkans, Slovenia, or Croatia...

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
• Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
• Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
• Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy

• Support the business plan by driving the achievement of sales, profitability, and other key objectives for the store
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts (utilities, investors, infrastructure) with high-value, long-term deals.
• Build trusted relationships with boards, banks, and senior stakeholders—be the credible face of suena.

• Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning & implementation of strategies
• Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations

• Support and development of the dealer network in Belgium together with two other sales colleagues
• Positioning of the brand Riese & Müller in professional bike shops
• Development of a deep understanding of the headquarters' corporate culture and the company's strategy
